Annual Report to the Governor - State of New York

In accordance with the Plan of Operation of the New York Independent Livery Driver Benefit Fund, the Chair of the Board of Directors presents the Governor of the State of New York with an Annual Report which includes, among other things, certified financial statements of the financial condition of the Fund.
